Domestic and International Shipping Policy
In stock items are dispatched in 3-5 business days.
Pre-orders will ship according to their listed release dates but are subject to change with appropriate notice.
Estimated delivery time can range from 2-12 weeks from the date you place your order.
If your order contains several items and one of them is on preorder, your order will ship once the preorder has been released. Shipping charges on preorders will not be refunded unless you’ve requested a cancellation before the order leaves our warehouse.
We work to ship your order in a timely manner and our mail carriers generally deliver orders within the timeframe listed upon checkout. However, we are unable to guarantee a specific ship or delivery date. Your tracking information, if applicable, will be emailed to the address you entered at checkout once your order ships. Tracking for domestic shipments may take up to 48 hours to return results online. If tracking does not work after this timeframe, please contact us.

Address changes
Shipping addresses may be updated if your order has not shipped. If you would like to update your shipping address and your order has not shipped yet, please contact customer service. Please note an address change or cancellation request is not guaranteed until one of our team members has confirmed your request has been processed.

Invalid Addresses
We are not liable for any order that is returned due to an invalid or incorrect address entered at checkout. If your order is lost due to an invalid address entered upon checkout, a refund will not be issued. If your package is returned to our warehouse, you will be contacted. We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to your address when there are minor errors preventing your order from shipping.
If your shipping address is flagged as invalid, we may reach out via email to confirm the shipping address details. If we do not hear back and the address is shippable, we will ship the order as is. If the shipping address is missing essential details and we do not hear back, we will cancel and refund your order in full. Please keep an eye on your email inbox as well as your spam folder in case we need to contact you regarding your shipping address.

Return to sender
If an order is returned to us, we will work with you to reship your order, or you can choose to refund the cost of items if they are in sellable condition. Once the item is returned and processed at our facility, we will reach out via email to confirm how you would like to proceed. If we are reshipping, we would need to confirm the correct address to reship to and also to invoice for the reshipment costs. Once the invoice is paid, the package will be reshipped.

Taxes/Import Duties
Import duty is a tax collected on imports and some exports by a country's customs authorities. A good's value will usually dictate the import duty. Depending on the context, import duty may also be known as a customs duty, tariff, import tax, or import tariff.
While the cost of shipment for your package is included in your order total, you may be subject to taxes/import duties for your package upon arrival to your destination country. Kindly note, we are not able to cover additional costs for you to receive your package once it arrives at customs.
We do everything on our end to declare customs (value, items, weight, material) to ensure that there is no added customs charge when your order arrives in your country. Most of our packages ship without any additional fees or charges, but each country has a unique customs process and occasionally random packages will be pulled for inspection. We cannot control if your order gets pulled and there are additional fees during the customs process in your country. We do our due diligence on our end to prevent this from happening, but unfortunately, we are not in control of each order, and it is up to your country's postal service how your order is handled. We recommend speaking with your local post office if you have any specific questions regarding your country's customs process.

Restricted countries
We reserve the right to deny shipping to restricted countries. Any order to a restricted country will be cancelled and refunded.

Return Policy
f you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your item(s) for a refund or an exchange within 14 calendar days from the purchase date. Please note music items need to be unopened to receive credit. Apparel items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed. Unless your item is being returned due to a manufacturer or printing defect, we will not refund your original shipping costs. We are not liable for return shipping costs that may occur.
Please contact us via the contact form to begin the return or exchange process. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns and exchanges
All returns and exchanges need to be postmarked within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition along with all original tags and labels attached.

Exchange process
You can exchange unwashed, unaltered items within 14 days of delivery.
Please make sure that you save the tracking information of your return shipment. If tracking information is not provided, we will not be able to process the return or exchange. Please also note we are not liable for return/exchange items until they arrive back to our warehouse.
Kindly note, the exchange process may take a few weeks.
Any items passed the allotted time (14 calendar days) since the item(s) have been delivered, unfortunately we are not able to accept any exchanges or refund requests.
After receiving your exchange, we will inspect the conditions of your item(s) then we will process your request. We reserve the right to deny an exchange request pending the condition of the item(s) returned.

Return process
We only allow returns that are unwashed, unworn, and like-new clothing items. For music items, they must be unopened and like-new. Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.
Please make sure that you save the tracking information of your return shipment. If tracking information is not provided, we will not be able to process the return. Please also note we are not liable for return/exchange items until they arrive back to our warehouse.
Kindly note, we will not refund any shipping costs that may have occurred.

After receiving your return, we will inspect the conditions of your item(s) then we will process your request. We reserve the right to deny an exchange request pending the condition of the item(s) returned. If we receive the item not in like-new condition, we are unable to issue a refund or process an exchange and the item will be shipped back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Refunds
We will email you when your return has been processed. Please allow at least 10 business days for the refund to completely clear from your statement once the refund has been issued. We are only allowed to issue refunds to its original form of payment.

Exceptions
The following items below cannot be returned/exchanged:
- Opened or damaged music items
- Opened or damaged items of any kind
- Worn, washed, dirty, or damaged clothing items

Damaged or defective items
To file a claim for a defective or damaged product in your order, please contact us through the contact form. Please note that all claims must be submitted within the 14 days of delivery. Provide as many details as possible, including clear photos of the damage.
Note - our products ship in industry standard vinyl mailers to securely deliver your order. Unfortunately, slight damage can occur with the items while in transit. We are unable to issue replacements/refunds for minor cosmetic damage such as creases, bends, split inserts, dings, etc.
We are unable to accept claims for clothing items that have been washed and/or worn. We are unable to accept claims for damages that have occurred after you’ve received your order.
